Can we call from 3 screen TP system 3000 series to MCU5300 series

Hi,

Can we call from 3 screen TP system 3000 series to MCU5300 series.All devices runnung latest software version.

if yes what will be limitation?

You can but I believe the limitation is only center screen switching is possible

If you look at the release notes, (link below)

On page 6 it states the following;

Cisco TelePresence  System 3000     1.8.1      Using CTS Series endpoints (version 1.8.1) with the MCU 5300

                                                                     Series is not currently recommended.

Cisco TelePresence System 500        1.8.1     Using CTS Series endpoints (version 1.8.1) with the MCU 5300

                                                                     Series is not currently recommended.

It will work from a connectivity point but there may be video quality issues. The user experience will be poor.
