This is requirement from my customer.
When CUE transfer a call to a ephone huntgroup,say, 3000,If the first member phone(A) is on phone another user(B), incoming call should ring phone A for 1 ring, then hunt to next member of hunt group.
I userstand that "Timeout ringing"in Telephonny-Service or "Timeout"in ephone hunt group can change these timeout duration.
But the both timeouts cannot distinguish between New Call and Call Waiting.
So, i cannot do like for new call use timeout for 12 second, and Call Waiting for 4 second.
Can we have different No-answer Timeout of New Call and Waiting Call in CME?
