Cannot call in with full number

Dear All, The gateway is mgcp. The phone behind it has number 4082022002. When making a call at 2002 and 2022002, the phone can get a bell voice. but if making a call at 4082022002, the phone cannot get voice, but I can get it debug message as below. Any one can help to take a look. Thank you

Hi,

From the logs I can see that both 5252222 and 4082022002 are hosted at same site. But looks that the calling number css can't see the partition of called numbers. Hence the call is going out to telco and looped back to your gateway. 

Relook at your css/pt config and make sure that they can dial within cucm without going out to pstn. 

Simply create a translation pattern for 4082022002 which convert it to 2002 and make it pt accessible by 5252222 css
