Cannot Call on one extension to another extension via cisco CME

Dear All,

I am currently facing the problem where i cannot call from one extension to another extension via CME.

I have  2 CME, one is for LA and another one is for NJ both are sitting on the same location, however, if i call on the extension which is configured on LA, I can call.

But if i call on any extension registered on NJ CME from LA CME, it is going to the global number, where company IVR is coming, instead of an internal extension.

Could you please help me on this, since i am the beginner, i am sorry if i asked a too basic question.

Look at your dialplan configuration or post the full config to review.

Use the command show dialplan #number# to see which dialpleer is matched for outgoing calls. It seems that you are matching a PSTN dialpeer.

You can also use debug voip ccapi to see the call flow (in case you are hitting translation rules as well).
