Cannot enter command gatekeeper

Hi, The gatekeeper is configured in CUCM, but the command gatekeeper cannot be typed under configuration mode in the router 2811.  Anyone can give any comments? Thank you

Do you have an IP voice IOS image????

Use the feature navigator for anything related to that

Check the following link: 2811 Download Software.

Note: I recommended you to install the 15.1.4M10 release (25/Mar/2015).

Hi,

please, use the following command and post the results:

show version

Note:
1) remember that for 2811 the Gatekeeper feature is supported in Cisco IOS Releases 12.4.15XZ onward.
2) check the following link: CUBE and GK Ordering Guide.
