I am trying to install the software on my ISM and it requires FTP to do so. But when I enter the command: service-module ism 0/0 install url ftp://mdurham:Cisco$1@192.168.69.61/cue-vm-k9.SPA.sme.8.6.12.pkg script cue-vm-k9.SPA.sme.8.6.12.pkg.install.sre I get the following error: %Error: Couldn't open ftp://*:*@192.168.69.61/FTP%20Files/ISM-CUE/cue-vm-k9.SPA.sme.8.6.12.pkg.install.sre
I have tried to test with the copy ftp... flash command and it gets the same error. I then opened a command prompt in Windows and ran the FTP command. I could open a connection and get a the file that way using the same credentials.
Any suggestions? My FTP server is CrushFTP.
