Cannot login to Jabber MRA to other CUCM

Hi All

We have a strange one, we recently set up Jabber MRA, we have 2 CUCM clusters configured on our Exp-C

We have ILS configured between the 2 clusters and the user exists only on one of them with the home cluster check box ticked.

This did work a number of months ago, now it doesn't.

It works for 1 CUCM but not the other.

All CUCMs show up on the Exp-C status.

The logs I am seeing on the Exp-C are

Only Legacy auth supported and also I keep seeing unable to determine home cluster errors for that user.

What could this be?

cheers

You may be hitting a bug related to "Legacy auth supported".

Pls try the solutions provided in this post.

Apart from the point mentioned above ref the SRV record name. Also check the port configured on the SRV record.

in my case the customer has entered 8334, instead of 8443.

Although it is pretty straightforward it is difficult to spot :)
