cannot login to web interface of cisco unity connection (cuc)

I installed cisco unity connection 6 to provide voice mail services, the install succeeds but i cannot login to the web interface.

I keep gettinginvalid username and password. I know what username and password was used during the install

so something else seems to be the issue. I have reinstalled several times but same problem.

Are you sure you re using the GUI user/pwd and not the CLI ones??

Like Jaime said, there is OS admin user and password (CLI) and CM admin user and password for the (GUI). Try your password with and without caps on. Also SSH to CUC and try login

ok i am pretty sure i tried both admins

I will try again. Does cuc need to be integrated before or anything before i login to the web gui?  I should be able to logon out of the box install correct.

No integration is required authentication is local.

Correct! you have to login in order to integrate CUC with CUCM.

thanks guys it worked, i used the application admin username and password specified during setup. also both admins had different passwords this time around, not sure if that made a difference. to my last question can cuc integrate with cme ?

Yes, you can integrate, check the integration guides.

You need to integrate CUC to a call agent, whichever you like.
