Good morning. Picking up parked calls has not been an issue in the past. Recently one of the users is unable to pickup a parked call from her phone. When she attempts to do so, it send the call to her VM instead. I have deleted her phone and dn and recreated both including clearing and recreating the phone configuration files but that did not solve the issue. I am at a loss. Any suggestions?
