Cannot see ISO Files on SFTP Server

Hi,

My customer has an SFTP server that I have used for loading ISO files successfully before.  Now I find that I cannot always see the files on the server from the CallManager.

When I go to OS Administration then enter all the data to log into the server it connects successfully.  The only files I see are some devpack.cop.sgn files that I have in the  same directory that the image files are in.  The Image files are sgn.iso files.

I was seeing these files the other day and now am not.

It seems flakey, but I always can see those devpack files, just not the ISO files for the upgrade.

Thanks, John

We have seen this same issue. Most recently with CUCM/Ucxn 7.1.3. In our

case, we found that if we created a new folder and only put our target

upgrade ISO in that folder, the upgrade manager would recognize it

correctly. So, I recommend trying that out. It is a bug (well, in our case

anyway), don't have an ID.

HTH.

Bill

HI Bill,

Thanks for the quick response and the correct one as well.  I moved the files to another directory with only the ISO files in it and the server sees them just fine.

This is on CUCM 6.1.1 and we are upgrading to 7.1.3 ultimately.
