cannot set phone recording on deivce line

I have a cisco phone with multiple line configuration. I want to set the recording option & profile in one line but in some devices it is not available. As an example i have configured 21555 extension on few phones (different models). in some models in the line recording configurations are available and in some it is not. any idea ??

Can you provide an example of which phone model does not allow you to select recording profile, etc.?

Screen shot would be helpful too.
