cant pull enough power off switch for attendant module to work

Hi folks,

Just installed a voip cisco system. I included a few attendant consoles as add ons for my 8851 phones. Unfortunately, the phones are pulling power fine but the one console I have on each phone is not pulling power. I have activated the consoles on the admin software for the phone. Is there a setting on my netgear managed gs752tp switch that may be to blame for not pulling enough power. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as I prefer not to have to add power supplies to consoles that are supposed to work via poe.

So, you're actually talking about sidecars/KEMs??

If so, see table 4

yes, this is what I am talking about.  The 8851 should be able to pull enough power from this switch for one KEM but it is not. I am not sure if it is a hardware setting in the switch.

this is the poe status on my switch for the particular phone with KEM that I am speaking of.  The phone with the KEM is on G4 port. Any thoughts?
