Hi all,
My CUCM is in mixted mode and I try to regenerate a CA signed LSC.
Yesterday I wanted to do the regeneration of a LSC on a phone. I received the csr on the cucm (utlis capf csr count =1) but when I wanted to CA signed it, we had a incident on the PKI, so impossible to finish the installation of LSC.
On the phone admin page, there is a time window to get back the LSC signed (2h)....but with the incident, still not resolved, no possibility to install the LSC.
Today, I'am looking at the admin phone page of the phone, still "Install/upgrade" and on the CLI CUCM, the utils capf csr count =1
How can I release the operation (utils capf csr count = 0 and the phone certificate admin page on "no operation" or "operation timeout" ?
