CAR issue with callmanager 6.0.1

Hi,

I've some issues with car on ccm 6.0;

1) On CAR --> SYSTEM --> LOG SCREEN I see some old cdr load status in PROGRESS and i cannot find anyway to close them.

2) When I check SYSTEM REPORTS --> CDR ERRORS, i see almost 50% error because of negative dateconnect ( browsing the downloaded table this field are always positive ).

Any suggest ?

Are you having problems retrieving the records from CAR or you dont have that problem retrieving them from CDR?

Are these records you are trying to retrieve are from the same day or from more than 24 hours?
