catch digit and convert

Hello guys, Im going to try to be as clear as possible:

I need to know if there a way to catch the number dialing and convert into another phone number?. Let me explain my issue:

I have a tollfree number with a greetings, that greetings have options, in option 1 is told me please enter the extension you want to reach, is here where the action begin. I need to catch one number: if i dial 2020 that point me to a voicemail, but now i need to capture/catch/get when the user digit 2020 and that number convert to 555-555-1234 after that foward the call to another tollfree number.

I am using

CUCM 9.1.1

CUC 9.1.1

hope the idea is clear. any advice?

Not sure if a duplicate, but same thing applies, you use a TP
