I had an issue with MLA earlier prohibiting login to the admin page using the administrator account. I posted the problem on this forum and one guy told me to use the ccmadministrator account instead and it worked fine. Now I can't login using the ccmadministrator account and when I try to login using the administrator account, it says "You do not have permission for call manager administration". What can I do to resolve this issue?

if you could send me the screen shot of the exact error screen shot on firstname.lastname@example.org then this would be helpful.
You can check on DC Administration to see if there is your administrator's account and you can add it from there.
It works when you are locked out from your own callmanager admin page.
