ccm 4.1(3) meetme functionality freeze for conference ip phone 7935

Dear sir,

We have meetme function on ccm4.1(3). Ip phone 7940 can work with meetme feature perfectly but not 7935 model. We can't press on the meetme feature on the 7935. You can see on the attachment. Please advise.

what Version of 4.1(3) are you running and what Firmware version on the 7936 or is it really a 7935 (is that analog??)

The cisco call manager version is 4.1(3)SR5D .Thank you very much for your reply. You can refer to IMG_1872.gif that i've attached, it's shown 7935. It's normal cisco conference ip phone. The firmware version is unknown. You suspect this is most probably on firmware issue ya ? Thank you very much for your response.

4.1(3)SR8 is the latest Version for you CCM.

The latest FW for the 7935 is 3.2(19) from the 07.07.2008
