CCM 4.1.3 speed dials importing into CCM 8.5

Hi all

Is there any way you can export speed dials from CCM 4.1.3 into 8.5 ?

The client cannot go from ccm 7 to 8 and use dma ?

I did it once using an export from both phone systems. It's difficult and time consuming as the fields are laid out different in 8.x than in 4.x. If you do try it, watch out for comma's in users description field as this throws off the comma separated exports. I don't know of a easier way to do it with dma.
