CCM 4.1(3)

When trying to add Video Capabilities in CCM ie: (enable). I am getting a message saying Error: URL too long. Now I am getting the same message when I try and copy a phone. Can anyone tell me what URL they are referring too and where I would find it?

To enable video under a phone you can just go under the phone and select the option Video Capabilities and set to Enabled. Reset the phone. A video camera icon should show up on bottom right hand corner.

That is where I get the Error message "URL too long". I have no idea what URL they are referring to. Do you?
