About a month ago I upgraded our CallManagers to 4.2(3) with the latest SR at the time.
The way our system is setup is that it sends all outgoing calls to an Avaya PBX, and that requires a #9 to get an outside line. After the upgrade, this has changed and I finally figured out that in order to get an outside line now the user must dial #9, the number, and then a trailing # sign. I've tried to fix this by having the CallManager remove the trailing #, but it does not appear to work.
