CCM 5.1.3 CDR Issue

We are not getting Data not avilable error message in CDR(For last 30 days) and also not getting reports in CSV format only in PDF format we are getting.

Let me know your suggestions

Check the status of the CAR Scheduler service on your Publisher under Serviceability->Control Center->Feature Services. Start it if it has stopped.

I am getting the same error as the OP. We are also on 5.1.3, and the CAR Scheduler is not listed there. It's like it's gone. Both CDR Enable is set to true and CallDiagnosticEnabled is also set to true.

I have added a screenshot of what I'm looking at so you guys can better understand.

This just seemed to happen when i upgraded from 5.1.2 to 5.1.3. Any help you guys have would be greatly appreciated.
