I have integrated ccm 5.1 with Philips PBX .In CCM,we have some users who are using CIPC and they have phones with same extension in Philips PBX also.so when i am calling them from another site which is registered to ccm ,call will go to CIPC Phone only.if the cipc is not registered ,then caller will get busy tone.call not passing to Phones whch are in PBX,even if the extension is same.
Is there any option to solve this issue.
