Hi,

We recently got (purchased) a new CCM with version 5.1, we are running out of some issues in the configuration and now we want to re-image the system and start the fresh configuration. However the CCM did not came with the OS re-image CD (normally which comes along with 4.x).

So anyone can let me know how can I re-image my system and start with the fresh configuration...

Do you have CallManager 5.1 Disk. If yes, then you are good to go. With CM 5.x you dont get OS CD/DVD as it is inbuilt in the CM DVD. So, all you need to do is insert the CM DVD and follow the Install Wizard and that would install OS (Linux) along with CM.
