Current setup:
CCM: CM6.0.1.2004-4
CUE: AIM module, 3.01
Task completed so far
1. AXL web service activated
2. CTI RP for VM added
3. 6 CTI ports added
4. Add a Application User and add them CTI Route-Point and CTI Ports enable rights
Problems:
1. CTI route point "not registered" status as shown on CM
2. CTI Port is registered
3. JTAPI subsystem registered
I reboot the CCM and the CUE module. No change.
I can import Users from the CCM.
Any Idee what I can do?
Thanks David

Hi David,
Have a look at these threads that both speak to this issue;
Hope this helps!

Hi,
sorry but both link didn`t resolve my issue.
I couldn`t understand why the CTI Ports are registered, but the CTI-Route Point not. For me both will be triggered by the JTAPI User.

Hi.
I had an issue like that with CCM 5 and CUE 3.1.1.
It resolved after restarting the CUE.

Hello all,
Yes I faced the same problem CTI Route Point was not registered however CTI Ports were Registered. Reloaded CUE and it got registered.
Thank you and Regards,
