CCM 7.0.2 on mcs 7825 I3 gives error

Hi,

I have one issue that my subcriber is hanged means its not pinging and on consoles it is not showing any thing.

I restarted the server and during boot it give message unknow platform press enter to continue.

when i check from os administration--->show hardware>

Platform type unkown

Any body experience same thing like this

Can you access your CLI and do "show hardware", "show status"  and "utils create report hardware" and paste the outputs here.
