I have configured a SIP trunk in CCM 4.0. outgoing calls are working perfectly. but when dials SIP trunk from outside (incoming calls), it says "Network Busy". can anyone help me how to receive all incoming calls from SIP trunk to IP phone registered with CCM.

Is this a SIP trunk (from the provider) terminating directly on the CCM or you have a CUBE sitting in the middle (recommended) ?
If its direct, you'd need to pull CCM traces else provide CUBE/IOS debugs (ccsip mess | voip ccapi inout) along with sh run.
