CCM4.3 admin page not accessible

After running Dependency Record searches in CCM4.3 the admin page was first inaccessible. But later on it got accessible but with a white window.

How to fix this issue?

Not able to access CCM web Page after sometime
Symptom:

(01) Start the CallManager and keep working on the same it goes well.
(02) Stop working on the particular callmanager probably for an hour and try to access  the web page after an hour
(03) CCM web page will not be opened and wll not throw any error message.

Conditions:

Keep the CCM IDLE for one hour

Workaround:

Restarting of CCM Server

It's not too often you see Severity Level 1 Catastrophic Bugs - Hopefully!!

I would certainly consider upgrading to the "Fixed-in" version of 4.3(x)
