CCM9.1 - Outbound calling to number with same last 4 digits as DN or Trans Patt.

We are having an issue with outbound calling to numbers that have the same last 4 digits as other DNs and translation patterns. Example...somoene places a call to an external number 770-254-8550 but we have directory number that is 8550. Another example would be someone makes an outbound call to 770-254-0591 but we have a translation pattern for 0591 (the real DID is 770-683-0591). When you call 770-254-0591, it goes to the DN of the 0591 TP.

This came about after we changed Telcos recently.

If you assume this has something to do with changing Telcos, debugs those calls, if you see them coming back into your system, then you might need to get in touch with telco.

If you don't see anything in the debugs, and those calls don't even make it to the GW, then the problem has nothing to do with your telcos, and it's caused by your own CUCM config. You would need to fix whatever routing problem you have.
