CCME 8.6 no ring back tone between ip phones and pstn

Hello All

I am installing a ccme / cue for a customer but I am getting no ring back tone when I make calls between ip phones or pstn.

The phones deployed are 1 x 7962 and 50 plus 6921's.

Also when I press redial it takes an age for the number to come on the screen. Users have pressed it twice whilst waiting and finally it come up with the number twice in a 22 digit string (pstn example) and obviously fails.

Attached is the config. At first look it seems the load command for the 6921's is not there but the phones are working without it.

The second problem might be interdigit timeout or to many dial peers matching I think.

Am I missing some H323 commands??

Let me know what your thoughts are.

Thanks

Feisal

Hi,

Try disabling progress_ind using this command at the outbound dialpeer:

no progress_ind setup enable 3

no progress_ind alert enable 8

no progress_ind progress enable 8

Then, send us the result after use this debug: debug isdn q931

Regards

This has been resolved by downloading the latest firmware for the 6921 phones but I also added the command cnf-files location flash. I am guessing it might have been the latter command that did it.

Thanks

Hi,

I doubt it might been the cn-files command. It look like was a firmware bugs.
