I am testing CCME in a lab, and am integrating with Unity 4.0.
I have followed this integration documentation:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps2237/prod_configuration_guide09186a00806e09b8.html
When I call the voicemail pilot, I get a fast-busy. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Jeff

Jeff,
This is actually a pretty common mistake. The Cisco integration document, I believe, states the VM-device-id as CiscoUM-VI# but Unity usually configures as CiscoUM1-VI#. Verify in UTIM (Unity Integration Manager) that the voicemail ids are like your ephone below.
ephone 60
device-security-mode none
vm-device-id CiscoUM-VI1
!This must match Unity prefix exactly.

Thanks Fred,
That was it exactly. I just overlooked the difference many times.
