ccme extension call

hi all,

here is my issue ,

i am using cisco 2851 ccme , i am having my boss extension and her PA extension , what are all the calls coming to boss it has to goto PA including the local extension call.then PA will transfer the call to my boss , i made external calls but internal i tried with cor but no luck. can anyone provide me sample config.

Make the scenario clear.

So your boss phone will never ring directly unless his PA transfers this - am I correct? So there would be two seperate extensions need to configure - first extension is at your boss, second extension is at his PA.

Is that something difficult? Or I am missing your point?

if anybody calls boss extension also it should ring PA extension only (if it is local extension)

i cannot use forward also because once PA attened the calls she needs to transfer again to boss.

Hi Cyril,

If all calls are to be answered by the PA, why don't you just put the Bosses

number only on the PA's phone and then put a "Private" extension on the

Boss phone for Transfers from the PA. It would be simple but effective
