Hi All,
I am running CCME version Version 4.1(0) and am having an issue with a Longest Idle hunt group.
The hunt group is set up as follows
ephone-hunt 1 longest-idle
pilot 10000
list 10023, 10019, 10005
final 10008
timeout 10, 10, 10
According to the customer the DN 10019 stops taking calls and the other two are left answering all the calls.
After a series of calls I can see via the show ephone-hunt that that 10019 shold take the next call as its onhook time stamp is the lowest but it does not.
I am not sure if this is a CCME version issue or a Phone issue.
Has anyone seen this sort of issue before?
