hello,
We need to do a MANUAL redirect (or a call transfer?). Is mean, we need when the operator leave the site for something (go to the bathroom, drink cofee, etc) he cand redirect the incomming pstn calls to a provisional extension. Is possible? how?
note: probably I can do something with programming soft button in the operator phone?

Why don't you simply use CFA?

Hi,
The client have office and factory, the office close to 7:00pm but the factory work 24 hours x 7 day. So the client wants that the extension of the factory get the calls when the office close.
This is the call flow:
1) PSTN call in go to Hunt Pilot, the operator is the first in the hunt pilot ring (top down hut pilot applied).
2) When the office close the PSTN call in must go to some one extension in the factory.
NOTE: the call forwad all not work in hutpilot. just work when some one call directly to the extension phone where the call forward all is applied.

hello again.
Im thinking that is posible to link two hunt groups?. one dynamic hut group with the factory extension and another hunt group of the office.
when call incomming from PSTN start with the factory dynamic hunt group and if not phone is logged jump to office hunt group. this is possible?
if yes, can some one put a link of manual configuration about dynamic huntgroup and how to link hunt group?
