Ccmuser and Remote Destinations

Hi all,

I'm trying to get Single Ring to work out with cell phones.  Currently, if the Remote Destination Profile and Remote Destination are set up in CCMadmin, after the Mobility softkey is activated all works well.  However, I'd like to allow users the ability to create and associate the Remote destinations themselves so they may maintain the Scheduler portion and to relieve some administrative overhead.  Currently user's are able to search for their Remote Destination, but are met with a no update access 404 error when trying to view.  User's may also create a new RD, but the line association for the DN does not default to checked, if associated by an admin the RD works as expected.  The test user is part of the Standard CCM End Users group as well as a created group with roles that allow read access to all CCMUser options and update to Remote Destination.  All Enterprise Parameters for CCMUser are set to true.  Any ideas which built-in role or role options need to be granted?

System version: 7.0.1.11001-8

Darryl,

Why not have them use the ccmuser webpage for them to select their RDP from a defined list. There are some modificiations that users are able to perform from the ccmuser page, and you wouldn't have to worry about giving them permissions to the CCMAdmin webpages.
