Thank you Mohammed/Haris,

There must be two papers, right? which one is this CIVND1 or CIVND2?

There are two exams for CCNA COllaboration

1) 210-060 CICD i.e Implementing Cisco Collaboration Devices.

2) 210-065 CIVND i.e Implementing Cisco Video Network Devices.

CIVND is having two Training programs Implementing Cisco Video Network Devices, Part 1 and Part , but the exam will be one.

Thanks

Haris

Apart from Cisco's Official Guides you can use other vendors like INE,CBTNuggets,IpExpert  etc.

Secondly you would need a lab to practice, you can build you own or rent same from INE/IpExpert etc.

Go through self paced video tutorial from any vendor and practice on labs as a starter.

Reading the Official Certification Guide is another best thing, if you are found of reading :)

Thanks

Start off with Cisco's recommendations, they wont steer you wrong! From there, I always recommend that a self study student use a Learning Management System. Of all the various systems, I prefer AlphaPrep. They are newer so you may have yet to hear of them. However, they are second to none when it comes to Cisco exam prep. Also make sure to get the official Cisco press books and make them your new bible. Lastly , MAKE A STUDY SCHEDULE!!!! Various studies prove that putting your study time down on a calendar and sticking to it GREATLY increase your chance to pass your exam. Said in another way, if you dont put study time on your calendar and stick to it... you probably wont pass your exam.

Good Luck to you !
