CME offers the ability to collect Call Detail Records for "ephone-hunt" configured hunt groups. Does anyone know if this also includes "voice hunt-group" configured hunt groups? If not, are there ways to collect CDR for these hunt groups as well?
I found documentation that states you're supposed to be able to issue the "statistics collect" command under voice hunt-group configuration mode, but none of the CME systems I've deployed support that command, and they're all on CME 7.x or later.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi,
According to the CME admin guide Hunt groups section
In Cisco Unified CME 9.0 and later versions, support for call statistics is added for voice hunt groups. To write all the ephone and voice hunt group statistics to a file, the ephone-hunt statistics write-all command is enhanced and renamed to hunt-group statistics write-all command. If applicable, the TFTP statistics report consists of both ephone and voice hunt group statistics.
Looks like you need CME 9.0

Alex.
