CDR Block Device/Line in Reporting

Hi Folks!

We are using CDR on CUCM 8.6 and I would like to know if it is possible to block or hide a Device or Line of being reported. Like the phone of CEO or some special managers not beeing reported. Maybe there is a flag I can setup in CUCM or CRD to do this?!

Reports cannot be customized, you cannot add/remove fields.

Hi Jaime,

thanks for your comment so far. Does this also mean, that it is not possible to just collect information of offnet calls and hide onnet calls being reported?

Correct, if you want enhanced capabilites, you would need to use a 3rd party app
