Hi All

Could someone please tell me hoiw to find out who disconnects the call and how do we know it from CDR ?

e.g.  If DN 1001 calls DN 2001 and after the call establishment its disconnected, how come we know who disconnects the call ?

In CDR, I found  "origCallTerminationOnBehalfOf" value is 0 (Unknown) and "destCallTerminationOnBehalfOf " vamue is 12 (Device).

Please let me know how to find the same.

Thanks all in advance,

Hi Rohit

Here is the link to document providing the codes and it's values :

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/service/7_0_1/cdr-defs/cdradmin/cdrcodes.html#wp1063129

In your case destCallTerminationOnBehalfOf =12 indicates destination has terminated the call.
