CDR department reports for callmanager

i am on ccm v.7.0.2.1. I ran a cdr department report for some users. the report is fine in .pdf format, however, I want it to view it in .cvs format.  The problem is in .cvs format it doesn't open automatically in excel, so i have to copy and past the information to a text document and try it import in excel. when I do that, the information comes up one line (row 1). I may be doing something wrong in the import, but don't know what. If anyone ran these files successfully in .cvs format, please advise.

I'm guessing you mean CSV which is a standard file format. Current versions of Microsoft Excel create a file association for .CSV; however, you can also just open the file within Excel using File > Open.
