CDR Error: Last run of CAR Loader is unsuccessful, please check the CAR Scheduler Logs for more infomation

Hello,

A client of ours is getting a Warning message whenever they access the CAR (CDR Analyzing and Reporting) Homepage. The Warning states as follows:

------------------WARNING-----------------------
* Last run of CAR Loader is unsuccessful, please check the CAR Scheduler Logs for more infomation.

I saw a previous thread with the same error saying to call TAC. I just want to know if there is a quick way of getting rid of that warning without having to call TAC. Please help.

CUCM Version: 7.1.3.10000-11

It looks like you are hitting the following defect.

CSCsy90529    CDR Load status shows Unsuccessful if it is interrupted by DRS backup

It looks like you are hitting the following defect.
