CDR error- records not being processed

Hi Team,

I am unable to see the cdr records and I am getting the errors that I have attached. Has anyone ever received this issue?

Hi,

The error means there are too many records in the specified number of days (configured as MIN CDR Age setting on Auto-purge page); such that to prevent overflowing the CAR Database, Loader was intentionally stopped. 

Go To Manual Purge page and Select "Purge Older Than" option and delete older records from tbl_billing_data/ tbl_billing_error table.  Go to CAR's Auto-Purge page, and lower the MIN & MAX CDR Age settings (i.e. With the default of 30/60, if we have too many records even within 30 days, suggested to lower the settings to like 10/35.).
