CDR files are moving slowly

Hi,

Can anyone suggest me why the CDR files are prosessing slowly ?

I have a issue where i am able to see cdr files under the preserve folder till date ,  but processed folder are lagging 10 - 15 days behid.

I have restarted all the service related to CDR. Even though files are moving very slowly to processed folder.

Please help me if anyone have idea on this.

What is your loading schedule set for?  If you have a lot of data you might need to extend your loading time to keep up with all your records.

Please find the attached screen shot.

Please suggest any settings to be done.

Note :  I am seeing preserve folder as till todays date.But Processed folder is 15 days lagging behind.
