CDR Incoming Call

Hello,

I have problem with the call record in CDR.

When I make a report by extension number, displayed only outgoing calls, incoming calls are not included in the report.

Can you help?. I appreciate your help.

I have configured the Cisco Call Manager version 6, as follow:

1.- System / Service Parameter

      System:

      1.1 CDR Enabled Flag: true

      1.2 CDR Log Call whit Zero Duration Flag: true

2. Cisco Unified Serviceability >> Tool >> Service Activation

     2.1 Server Publisher

           CDR Service

                 Cisco SOAP : Activated

                  Cisco CAR Web Service : Activated

3. Cisco Unified Serviceability >> Tool >> Control Center - Features Service

     3.1 Server Publisher

            CDR Service

                 Cisco SOAP : Started

                  Cisco CAR Web Service : Started

4. Cisco Unified Serviceability >> Tool >> Control Center - Network Service

  4.1 Server Publisher

                  Cisco CDR Repository Manager : running

                  Cisco CDR Agent: running

                   Cisco CAR Scheduler: running

Make sure CDR services are running and enable the CUCM service parameter 'CDR Enabled Flag' in ALL servers you want to get info from.

There are no parameters for internal vs external calls, either you have CDR enabled or not.

I agree, but when I analyze the CDR report, I can see only the outgoing calls from a directory-number, I can not see incoming calls to this phone.

About the CDR Enable Flag parameter setting, it is enabled on both servers.
