I have a CCM with the CDR application installed by someone else who forgot the login user and password, can I recover that information?

You can set CDR back to Username:admin and password:admin. If you are using DC directory then login to dc directory admin and delete the groupCiscoAdminRepToolAdminGroupUsers. This resets CDR back to default. You may then need to restart ISS.
