CDR query on CUCM 9.1

Hi Team,

I am new for CUCM 9.1 and would like to know about CDR. When I am trying to pull CDR data from CUCM PUB page , I am not getting the option to export CDR.

Setup Details-

Multisite Distributed

CUCM version- 9.1

There is no  ISI or billing server involved in the setup.

Go to CUCM Serviceability>CDR Analysis and Reporting

A different CAR window should open.

Click CDR> EXport CDR/CMR

You should get below, screen after a while depending on how long you selected. Uncheck delete files and right click on each to download.

I am trying to get above option but still chasing the download the data for a single number in csv or excel file.
