my config is as below

my question is if i do these 2 commands,

file-acct flush with-close

file-acct reset

will these file goes automatically and removed from the DIR with the records in billing server or it remains there ?

Executing the flush and reset should remove the files from the flash. If they are not being able to delete them, do a "show file descriptor" to see if these files are still open. If they are, flush won't work. You will have to reload the router and then try to flush/reset again.

i just checked and find no file open but in DIR its still showing

sh file descriptors
File Descriptors:

FD Position Open PID Path
No open file descriptors

So you did a flush and reset but the files are not being deleted ?
What is the platform or IOS ?

yes did both but still its showing

2911 --- 15.6(3)M1

Reboot the router once and then try the flush. I don't remember a defect for CDR on that IOS code.
