Hi!
I do have some issues finding CDR records for a specific client that use Jabber on Android phones.
Should this be supported?
They are actually 10.x and moving to 11.x soon on CUCM

CDR records for Cisco Jabber for Andoid is supported, so you shouldn't have a problem.
Please can you check that you have assigned the user-ID for this device? This user ID gets recorded in the call detail record (CDR) for all calls made from this device.
