CDR Reporting issue

We are trying to get the bills from user reports in CDR, but the bill we are getting is truncated. Please suggest any option to get the complete bill for a month.

Hi,

 

are you able to see the these records on CDR search? also please mention in detail the data you are getting in billing server is not for complete month or the call records are incomplete in the table?

2. Cisco CDR Agent
3. Cisco Database Layer Monitor

Then wait for a while
