CDR Vendors for CCM

Hi,

What can you advice as 3 party CDR Vendors?

We just need some solution for detailed call logging.

Reports for call activity,something more flexible than Cisco CDR.

There's no way to make right reports in Cisco CDR.

I think you need a billing server, because CUCM generate the CDR and you can send this to a database repository where the billing server pickup the CDR and translate to a PDF with the costs of call, date, time...

So,what you can advice in my case?

Try to see vendors of billing servers! On CUCM you only need to send the CDR to an FTP Server and all the other config is done on the billing server.
