CE and TC os for the dx70 endpoint

Can someone help in identifying the difference between the CE and TC software for the dx70 and the advantages/disadvantages of one against the other

The DX70/80 doesn't support TC software, it only supports CE8.2 and later, refer to the CE8 Release Notes to see specifically what features are supported.

As patrick.sparkman mentioned, the DX series endpoints never used the TC series software.

They originally shipped with an Android OS, but can now use the Collaboration Endpoint (CE) software.

The Release Notes linked by Patrick have a good table on Page 30 which describe the features which are different between the Android OS and the CE software.
